About the Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Global
Solutions Partner Manager who shall focus on establishing and
nurturing strategic partnerships with the corporate sector in India to service the market with PIXEL’s solutions, specifically GIS . The role
shall involve building a network of
organisations as partners who service US / Global customers and are looking at
setting their design / service / backend centres in India in the UTILITIES (
Power / Telecom / Broadband/ Water / Gas / Oil ) domain and the role also involves partnering
with S.I’s globally who serve the UTILITIES vertical. Below is a breakdown of
the key responsibilities and qualifications for the position
Skills & Requirements
1. Scout for companies in US / Europe /
M.E (especially US ) and align/ sign up with these companies ( in the
Utilities / Telecom/ Broadband / Power / Water / Oil and Gas etc domain majorly ) to transfer their backend
work to PIXEL Pixel in India and deliver to our customers ( Network design ,
process and delivery ) . ( We will enlist the companies to target and this role
will have weekly / monthly KRA’s / OKRs to fructify the objectives ).
2. Also tie up with US companies to deliver their Utilities based solutions
in India.
3. Tie up with selected S.I partners / IT Services companies in India /
Globally with their Utilities/ Telecom Vertical and with the large IT /
Advisory Consultants for projects and strategic partnerships to take up
delivery / partial delivery / design of their Utilities / Telecom / Broadband /
Power accounts and projects.
4. Work with the Business Excellence / Market Research analyst to unearth global
partnerships across regions.
5. Go To Market with these companies and even
front end projects as an when needed.
6. Drive a revenue goal through the defined
partner ecosystem.
7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g.,
Sales, Marketing, Product Development) to drive joint business plans,
strategies, and promotional activities.
8. Develop and deliver training materials,
presentations, and other resources to help partners understand and sell the
company’s solutions effectively.
9. Ensure all partnerships align with corporate policies, legal requirements, and
regulatory standards. Identify and manage potential risks related to
partnerships, including financial, legal, and operational risks.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
Research or a related field , an MBA is a plus.
11. Experience: Typically, 10 – 20 years of experience in partnership
management, business development, or a related role within the tech,
consulting, or corporate solutions sector. Note that existing relationships
with organisations/ domains mentioned in
the job responsibilities is an absolute must. Relationships with US based
companies who do utilities service and consulting projects is an absolute must.
Relationships with US Based companies looking to outsource Utilities / HFC (
Hybrid Fibre Coaxial ) design projects to India is an absolute must. Prior
experience partnering with Indian MNC System Integrators and IT service
companies is an added advantage.
12. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the US
/ Global utilities landscape and knowledge of relevant technologies and
solution is very critical
13. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse market
data, understand industry trends, and make data-driven decisions.
14. Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
15. Problem-Solving: Ability to address and
resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
